Troubleshooting

The quote button doesn't appear.

• Is the "Cart-Bundler" app embed enabled in the theme?
• Is the "Quote Button" block placed on the product page?
• Are requests enabled for the product (see Product settings)?

Customers can't see their offers.

• Is the "Customer Quotes" block added to the customer account page and linked in the menu?

I'm not receiving notifications.

• Check the email address under Settings → Notifications and your spam folder.
