Why is no shipping option shown at checkout?

If none of your defined rules match the current cart (date, currency, classes, restrictions, zones, rates), the app reports no shipping options to Shopify. Check your setup using the Preview page to see which criterion the rule fails on.

What happens when multiple rules match at the same time?

If multiple rules are valid for a cart, the system automatically selects the rule with the lowest priority number (e.g. priority 1 wins over priority 2). Only the methods from this winning rule are returned.

How do I handle products without a shipping class?

If you have linked shipping classes in a rule, every product in the cart must have a matching class. If a product has no class, the entire rule fails.

Where does the app get the weight of line items?

The app first looks for a value in the specified line item property or metafield (in grams). If it finds nothing there, it falls back to the default product weight you have set in the Shopify admin.
